Since 1999, The Chopping Channel has afforded you the truest and most reassuring pleasure there is: the ability to buy everything you already own. Every last one of those emotional states of being once thought safely beyond the realm of commerce has been made… available. And the answer as to how, is of course… the Blockchain.

Negativland's long running test lab continues under its own improvisatory banner with this 66 minute album in which the Man From The World returns from Hanoi to sell you authenticated Cred, which can be used to gain influence at violent protests, the corporate office, or both. If you believe it, it's true -- and more importantly, encrypted and globally verifiable. As confusing as your own beliefs, given the continuum of facts available in 2017, and we can always fix the bugs after launch -- and if we can't, we'll just fork reality. That's what this album is about, and if you don't believe us, you can simply Trust the Man.

This album continues the Negativland-Porest axis of collaboration begun on Negativland's last CD release and adds the voice of pianoless pianist Tania Chen as online money specialist Emily from Dalston. Long time fans will be relieved to learn the 75 year old spiritual voyager and founder of, Velma Wallenrod is still with us as well, as well as approximately 2 grams of Bud Choke and the faithful board operator Help Suit. Originally broadcast on Over The Edge on December 1st, 2016, but now helpfully re-edited into bite sized individual files to encourage addictive relistening. Choose your price, as you are the product, with many non-ironic thanks to those in a position to donate.
